Employment Verification and Contact Information Application

Go to the App Store and download "Adobe Fill and Sign." This will allow you to fill out the form and sign it for free. Then email the filled out form to the above email address.

Or

Print off the form and take a picture of it once it is all filled in and send it to the above email address.

1. We require 3x the rent in income per month to qualify. 
2. We also require a deposit equal to one months rent at the time of signing the lease. 
3. If you have pets, they must be approved and they will be $100 extra per month plus a $300 pet deposit due at signing.
4. Must pass a comprehensive background check
5. Must have no Bankruptcy in the past 5 years.
6. Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
7. All adults who will be living at the residence will need to fill out all information on the application as well. 
8. All children at the apartment need to be named on the application and lease.

Once we receive a completed form, we will do a background check, employment verification and qualifications for your desired apartment, we will contact you in 24-48hrs to schedule a walk-through of the desired property.

You will need to have Check, Cash or Money Order for first months rent and deposit. This will need to be provided in person when you sign the final lease agreement. Then you will be handed the keys and you can begin moving into your new home!

Monthly payments can be made through Walmart or Ace no later than the 1st of every month.
